MMA(Manual Metal Arc) - manual arc welding with coated stick electrodes.
ARC-Force: Adjusts the amperage to avoid sticking of the electrode when the distance between the electrode and the work piece decreases.
Hot start: Simplifies arc striking by briefly increasing the amperage at the start of welding.
Anti-Stick: cuts power to the equipment when the electrode sticks, taking care of the part, electrode and making it easier to take off.
The presence of the TIG LIFT function on the welding machine ensures automatic reduction of current in the initial stage of arc initiation. As separation occurs, it gradually increases to the nominal operating value. Thus:

ensures smooth and fast ignition;

the arc is stabilized;

the sharpening angle of the electrode is maintained;

“tungsten poisoning” of the metal is excluded.

Since the TIG LIFT mode is activated only when the electrode is in direct contact with the metal, it is often called the “contact arc ignition” function. This option allows you to obtain strong and reliable high-quality welds with uniform penetration of the metal thickness and a beautiful scaly seam. This means that TIG LIFT will be useful for both novice welders and experienced craftsmen.
