Wet cutting machines TM WANDELI, Shijing and others are becoming increasingly popular in the market among tiling masters. These machines have high productivity, clean cut and straightness, due to high speeds at 80 m/s and water supply to the cutting zone.


However, all masters will be disappointed in their work when they install disks designed for dry cutting on the angle grinder. After a short time, the disk is pulled to the side. It is not surprising, because dry disks for angle grinders use a hard, strong bond that does not self-sharpen when water is supplied. For work with water cooling, soft, viscous bonds are needed.


The Distar company very carefully approached the development of a disk for such machines. As a result of a series of tests on WANDELI machines, a special 115 mm Hard Ceramics Advanced disk was introduced to the market.


In addition to the necessary characteristics of the bond, graphite chips are added to the layer. The blade also has laser segmentation, which makes it incredibly productive.
